These past couple of months I have done a little experiment. I was reading a lot of news from three different countries and getting overwhelm by what is happening around the world. I felt tired just reading the chaos. I felt this habit was not helping at all in my day to day basis, so I decided to make a change and see how I felt by stop reading them. All can I say is that I recommend it very very much .I reduced my reading around %50 and just select the news I'm really interested (animation, science, tech, curiosities) and my head and vibe have change dramatically in a good way.
